Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the annual budget, analyze financial trends, and provide key insights to senior leadership. This role is a hybrid position, with in-office days on Tuesday through Thursday and remote days on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities include developing the annual budget, modeling and analyzing financial data, and providing ad-hoc reporting and analyses to senior leadership.

Requirements

• A critical thinker with excellent problem solving and financial modeling skills
• Clear and articulate in oral and written communication
• Strong attention to detail, a perfectionist at heart
• Strong business acumen with ability to interface with executive management
• Ability to build partnerships and help influence decisions
• Advanced technical aptitude (Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems)
• Exposure to Tableau and Alteryk a plus
• An understanding of key accounting principles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required, MBA a plus
• Demonstrable and progressive financial analysis experience (3-5 years)
