Role Overview
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support. You will be tactically translating product releases, competitive positioning, and marketing messaging into content and coaching those teams can use in the field.

At least 5 years in sales enablement, training, or similar technical role, preferably in a cybersecurity or tech environment. A deep understanding of cyber security products, solutions, and industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in sales enablement, training, or similar technical role
- A deep understanding of cyber security products, solutions, and industry trends
- Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts simply and training both technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of building effective enablement solutions during transition by being pragmatic, resourceful, and able to prioritize what matters most
- Sales & Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of consultative selling, enablement strategies, and sales methodologies
- Experience training sales and technical teams on cyber security products is highly preferred
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and expectations across Sales, CS, TS, Product, and Marketing
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional at creating engaging content, leading training sessions, and giving feedback
- AI & Tooling Fluency (preferred): Experience using or building AI-assisted tools to scale content delivery and knowledge access is a strong plus, though not required
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable assessing training impact through a mix of qualitative and (as data infrastructure matures) quantitative measures
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field (preferred)
