Marketing Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Enablement Manager will support the North American Marketing Services and Practice Development team in developing and commercializing new marketing capabilities, products, and service offerings. This role is responsible for creating sales enablement materials, developing educational content, and coordinating cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate will create and maintain sales enablement materials, develop educational content, support the creation of business development presentations, and partner with internal stakeholders to prepare sales teams for new product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing enablement, product marketing, project management, consulting, financial services marketing, agency account management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish, including planning, coordination, execution, and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across different teams and levels of an organization.
• Experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, sales enablement materials, training resources, and executive-level communications.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively identify solutions to move projects forward.
• Comfortable presenting to leadership and communicating project updates, recommendations, and key information with executive presence.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible materials.
