Role Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key player in helping Bloomerang continually improve our Salesforce platform and support our users.

What You Will Do

Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions, manage Salesforce configuration changes, and assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred
  • Functional Expertise: Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes
  • Agile Mindset: Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework
  • Collaborative Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • AI Productivity: Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design
  • Team-First Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration
