Role Overview
We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to drive both team and individual success as a Manager, Business Development. This role will lead and mentor a team of BDRs, focused on sourcing and qualifying opportunities for our Account Executives, while also contributing to pipeline growth and overall revenue impact.
What You Will Do
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs, establishing a culture of performance and collaboration. Lead the team in driving pipeline generation and deal progression by guiding strategy, coaching execution, and reinforcing best practices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll bring 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing BDR teams. You have a strong track record of thriving in fast-paced sales environments and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- 2-3 years in a leadership role managing BDR teams
- Experience working in a scaling SaaS environment
- Inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Lead generation, pipeline management, and overseeing seamless handoffs to Account Executives
- Creating and implementing training and coaching programs
- Fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture
- Building relationships across teams and with customers
- Using metrics to optimize performance and drive results
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
