Role Overview

As Country Sales Manager for Bolt Business, you’ll drive the team’s sales success, oversee the expansion of our business within the country, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Manage the B2B sales team, build strong client relationships, monitor market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales
  • Proven track record of targeting, closing, and understanding SMEs/SMBs and mid-market clients’ needs
  • Proven experience in managing a Sales team (4 years min)
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and mentor the team
  • CRM expert (preferably Salesforce)
  • Effective communication in English and Croatian
