Role Overview
As Country Sales Manager for Bolt Business, you’ll drive the team’s sales success, oversee the expansion of our business within the country, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Manage the B2B sales team, build strong client relationships, monitor market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales
- Proven track record of targeting, closing, and understanding SMEs/SMBs and mid-market clients’ needs
- Proven experience in managing a Sales team (4 years min)
- Leadership qualities to motivate and mentor the team
- CRM expert (preferably Salesforce)
- Effective communication in English and Croatian
