Senior Marketing Technology Manager

Role Overview

Box is looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Manager to join their Marketing Technology team and help build the systems, processes, and data foundation that power modern go-to-market execution. The role involves designing and scaling data, automation, and technology capabilities that enable more effective marketing and GTM programs.

What You Will Do

Design and implement automated GTM orchestrations across systems, build and optimize enrichment workflows, identify opportunities to apply AI to marketing and GTM processes, and establish governance, documentation, and quality standards for AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, GTM engineering, business systems, data operations, or a related field
• Hands-on experience designing and building workflows, automations, integrations, APIs, webhooks, or data processes across GTM systems
• Experience implementing and managing Clay, enrichment platforms, automation tools, or similar technologies
• Proven experience working with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable generative AI platforms
• Demonstrated experience building, testing, or deploying AI agents, assistants, or automated workflows through these platforms
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, marketing automation, lead and account management, and go-to-market processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, particularly around data quality, process reliability, and AI output quality
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
