Senior Director Digital Operations & Product Management

Role Overview

Lead the global Digital Operations & Product Management portfolio, combining a strong understanding of distribution and transportation operations with digital product leadership. Work across business, technology, and Data Science teams to turn operational priorities into scalable solutions and measurable business value.

What You Will Do

Lead products from business need through delivery, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. Develop investment proposals, manage the portfolio against agreed budgets and outcomes, and identify and lead Applied AI opportunities across distribution and supply chain operations.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, transportation, supply chain operations or related digital products and technology
• Strong practical understanding of physical distribution and transportation operations
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and implementing digital or operational technology in an international organisation
• Strong product and portfolio management capabilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience applying data science, optimisation, machine learning or AI to operational use cases
• Strong business and financial acumen and the ability to engage effectively across business and technology
• A pragmatic leadership style with the ability to simplify complexity and move initiatives from concept to adoption
