Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be critical to the future growth of BrightHire and play a central role in transforming an industry. You’ll generate new opportunities by reaching out to key stakeholders at fast growing companies to garner interest.
What You Will Do
You’ll partner with account executives to develop new opportunities, write personalized notes, hit the phones, and come up with creative ideas to capture the attention of prospects.

Requirements
- Prior experience prospecting or generating sales opportunities
- Passion for or experience in recruiting or the human capital field
- Track record of achievement and consistently pushing yourself to exceed expectations
- Technical savvy and experience using Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Docs, Slack, Loom, and Notion
