Role Overview
The Regional Director of Business Development is responsible for driving sustainable census growth across an assigned region through the development, oversight, and optimization of referral networks and business development teams. The position combines team leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven analysis to expand market presence and connect families with BriteLife Recovery’s behavioral health services.
What You Will Do
The Regional Director of Business Development will lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, develop and oversee regional business development strategies, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and represent BriteLife Recovery at industry events.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience leading or managing a sales or business development team
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding referral, admissions, or census targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Existing referral relationships within target markets preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more
- Advanced degree, preferred
