Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving company goals & objectives of customer acquisition & revenue growth. This role will report to Inside Sales Representative Manager/Team Lead or assigned HOD. The Inside Sales Representative will be the first contact point to build long term relationship with mid-market business partners/customers to deliver a strong support to improve overall sales target & revenue.
What You Will Do
Manage sales cycle effectively which include prospecting, make contact, qualify & nurture prospect turning them into sales closure & delivery. Manage quotation requests daily, build sales pipeline, track & review weekly performance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal Inside Sales Representative: Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline. 1-2 Years of experience in digital sales/telesales/inside sales with a proven track record of success. Possess excellent sales/customer service relationship background, telesales experience preferred.
