Role Overview

BRP is establishing a new Dealer Experience squad responsible for developing and evolving the digital solutions used by our global dealer network, including BossWeb. The role will help design, develop and support solutions that are essential to our dealers’ daily operations.

What You Will Do

Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, build and enhance Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow solutions, participate in technical analysis and feature estimation, and collaborate with functional analysts, architects and other developers.

You will thrive in this role if you have a minimum of three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably within a complex enterprise environment, and a good command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the Salesforce data model.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Demonstrated experience independently delivering Salesforce features from technical design through deployment
• Good command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the Salesforce data model
• Experience with APIs and integrations between applications
• The ability to analyze and resolve technical issues involving multiple components or systems
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices and Salesforce deployments
• The ability to contribute to code reviews and share good practices with other developers
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
