Sales Support Associate Sales – Inside Sales

Role Overview

Assists Outside Sales team in selling building products and services to business and industrial establishments or individuals. Compiles lists of prospective customers, travels to call on regular and prospective customers, and displays or demonstrates product.

Compiles lists of prospective customers, travels to call on regular and prospective customers, displays or demonstrates product, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales contracts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior building materials industry experience preferred. Ability to identify and resolve problems, manage difficult customer situations, and succeed in a sales environment.

Requirements

• One year certificate from college or technical school
• Three to six months related selling experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior building materials industry experience preferred
