Role Overview
The Senior People Operations Coordinator will have primary responsibility for payroll processing and benefits administration while also supporting the broader day to day needs of the People & Culture function.
What You Will Do
The role will involve owning the preparation and processing of global payroll through Rippling, conducting pre payroll audits, reviewing post payroll reports, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive Human Resources, People Operations, payroll, benefits, or related experience
- 3+ years hands on Rippling payroll processing experience
- Demonstrated experience independently preparing and processing payroll within Rippling
- Experience reviewing and auditing payroll prior to submission and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Hands on benefits administration experience
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems beyond basic employee self service functionality
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HR administration
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment and payroll requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines, particularly payroll and benefit deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
- Ability to shift priorities and provide support across different areas of People & Culture when needed
