Role Overview
We’re building a high-performing, data-driven sales organization that delivers an exceptional customer experience while helping more families protect what matters most. As Head of Inside Sales, you’ll help design the systems, coaching, hiring, accountability, technology, and culture that define how we scale over the coming years.
What You Will Do
Lead daily sales huddles and weekly coaching sessions, conduct live and recorded call reviews, coach discovery, objection handling, consultative selling, and closing skills, and develop individualized coaching plans for every advisor.

Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience
- 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing inside sales teams
- Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching and accountability
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing salespeople
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM best practices
- Experience managing through metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving organization
