Role Overview
The Financial Analyst supports financial planning and analysis across Marshall Health Network, including budgeting, financial reporting, and productivity initiatives.
What You Will Do
Prepare financial reports, maintain budgeting and reporting systems, and assist operational leaders with financial analysis and productivity initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospital Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
