Vice President, Growth & Development

Role Overview

California Autism Center is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Vice President, Growth & Development to strengthen organizational growth, revenue performance, and long-term sustainability. This executive will help connect business development, enrollment, revenue-cycle performance, and organizational strategy to ensure opportunities translate into measurable business results.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth, revenue generation, and organizational performance. Drive accountability for business development, enrollment, and revenue-cycle outcomes. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, resolve barriers, and improve conversion, reimbursement, and collections.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in growth, business operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to manage performance against measurable business outcomes.
• Experience overseeing complex processes, developing teams, and improving operational effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead across functions, navigate change, and translate strategy into execution.
