Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality support to sales and operations teams. You will ensure system accuracy, resolve issues quickly, and support day-to-day DSD operations to maintain strong service levels and enable efficient route and distributor performance.
What You Will Do
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from distributors, sales managers, DSD operations, and retailers, ensuring timely and thorough resolution. Track and manage incoming issues, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure closure.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will partner closely with IDP Support, Technical, Operations, Sales, and Route Account Management teams to resolve issues and drive process alignment. You will contribute to projects and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree
- 2 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with systems such as Oracle and SharePoint
