Role Overview

The Manager, Project Management – Product Operations: People Excellence (Culture) & Governance will drive initiatives that align with business needs and support the ongoing success of the Product team. The role will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that will have a direct impact on the bottom line of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 4 years of end-to-end Program Management, Project Management, or Product Management experience leading cross-functional strategic or technical initiatives
  • At least 2 years of experience working with process improvements in the PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) or SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • At least 2 years of experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies
