Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
- Knowledge in attraction sources (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, social media, hunting, etc.)
- Ability to evaluate creative and technical profiles, understand requirements, and communicate attractive value proposals
- Capacity for organization, follow-up, and excellent interpersonal communication
- Proactivity, focus on results, and a taste for working in dynamic environments
