Role Overview
This is a people leadership role on LinkedIn’s Deal Desk team, supporting the North America region. Performance expectations are high, spanning operational excellence, team development, and strategic initiative leadership.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day Deal Desk operations, directly manage a team, collaborate with global Deal Desk leaders, define operational strategy, and scope strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Pricing, or a related commercial operations function
- 2+ years of experience either leading people directly, on a project team basis, mentoring, interim managing, or team lead capacity
