Role Overview
Join LinkedIn’s Sales Development team as a Sales Development Representative – LATAM (Mexico) to support the growth of our business and develop your sales skills through our Sales Academy program. What You Will Do
Qualify and develop leads, develop strong sales skills, build collaborative relationships with Account Executives, and plan and prioritize accounts effectively through LinkedIn’s platforms and insights.

Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a target driven environment
- Fluency in Spanish AND English
- Experience in SaaS, sourcing or a lead generation role, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
- Ability to autonomously manage time, prioritize tasks and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
