Role Overview
The Deal Desk team serves as strategic advisors to LinkedIn’s Field Sales team, managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process and facilitating complex deal structures and requests. As a Senior Deal Desk Strategist, you will leverage your expertise to support sales teams in navigating complex deals and drive LinkedIn’s growth and success.
What You Will Do
Enable the Deal Desk team to deliver excellent service, act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, build strong partnerships, continuously improve workflows, ensure KPIs are met, train and mentor team members, and manage OTC issues.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Order to Cash as a whole cycle
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
- Comfortable with change and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cohesive team environment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Experience leading initiatives or teams
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Oracle
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
