Role Overview
The role will lead and manage global go-to-market and field enablement programs, developing project strategies for the Center of Excellence (COE) supporting AI initiatives. The Sr. Program Manager will help bring new AI-enabled capabilities from concept to launch and adoption across the field.
What You Will Do
Own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end; from defining the problem and shaping requirements with technical partners, through build, launch, and measured adoption in the field. Evaluate AI outputs critically and establish the quality bar for what ships by defining where human review is required, what “good enough” looks like, and how quality is measured once a capability is live.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience applying AI tools to program or project management work, including workflows redesigned and shared with others. They will be able to build enough AI domain knowledge to be a credible partner to technical teams and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management or project management
