Role Overview

The Sr. Program Manager will lead and manage global go-to-market and field enablement programs, developing project strategies for the Center of Excellence (COE) supporting AI initiatives. The role will involve shaping what gets built, shipping it, and making sure it lands, as well as identifying, developing, and managing high-priority initiatives that drive sales success within the Program Management Office (PMO) of the COE.

What You Will Do

The Sr. Program Manager will own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end, from defining the problem and shaping requirements with technical partners, through build, launch, and measured adoption in the field. They will also serve as a consultative lead for AI-enabled program management practice, partner with teams to rethink how programs get planned, tracked, and reported, and influence the tooling and standards the program management team adopts to scale those patterns.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or project management
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in decision-making processes
  • Experience with change management, including planning for resistance and driving adoption rather than rollout
  • Ability to build enough AI domain knowledge to be a credible partner to technical teams and to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Familiarity with how a large sales organization operates and how enablement drives performance within it
  • Experience in high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • Experience in the tech, digital education, or learning space
  • Experience working on global enterprise businesses
  • Experience managing indirect teams to achieve common goals
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
  • PMP certification a plus
