Role Overview
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare solutions company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and market expansion across Uganda. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer health, consumables, and/or medical devices, with a strong focus on key account management.
What You Will Do
Drive achievement of sales targets across assigned product portfolios and territories, develop and execute strategic sales plans for sustainable market growth in Uganda, manage and grow key accounts across the healthcare ecosystem, and build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers, and institutional clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Sciences, or related field
- 8–10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong experience in one or more of the following: pharmaceutical products, consumer health (OTC) products, medical consumables, medical devices
- Proven experience in key account management (KAM) within pharma sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of the Uganda pharmaceutical and healthcare market
