Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Officer provides specialized administrative support to the Sales departments, ensuring transactions are clear, compliant, and built for long-term customer success.

What You Will Do

Review completed sales to ensure accuracy and compliance, support the Sales Team with specialized administrative oversight, address purchaser questions, and strengthen customer understanding and satisfaction after the sale.
