Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer on the Inventory team, you will own the Service and Sales Cloud layer that carries transactions, including Apex, LWC, Platform Events, and two-way integration with the core system. You will work on site in one of our offices or remotely, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities include building and customizing Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions, designing and maintaining two-way integration between Salesforce and the core platform, and taking ownership of underused platform features and reducing technical debt in the existing codebase.

To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, a deep command of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, and strong relational data modelling skills with SOQL and SQL. You will also need to be comfortable in release management and scrum frameworks and able to carry a technical argument in a business conversation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Deep command of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Strong relational data modelling skills with SOQL and SQL
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Salesforce integration patterns
• Clear judgement on standard platform configuration versus custom development
• Comfortable in release management and scrum frameworks
• English at C1 level, written and spoken
• AI-fluent working style
