We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing funeral and cemetery sales team. What You Will Do
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Sales Manager to support daily operations, mentor sales counselors, and help families plan cemetery, and memorial services with care and professionalism.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Funeral Home, Cemetery, or Combo experience strongly desired
- Proven track record of success in inside sales production strongly preferred
- May require possession of, or ability to obtain, an insurance license as required by applicable law
