Role Overview
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in creating the enablement and change management surrounding new technology launches, standardizing field processes, operationalizing best practices, and delivering high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, process adoption, and distributor engagement.
What You Will Do
Partner cross-functionally to define, document, and implement a unified field sales process, create and deploy enablement assets, map current and future-state sales processes, lead structured rollout and adoption strategies, and serve as subject matter expert in video-based learning and instructional design.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Go-to-Market roles
- 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in sales process mapping and sales play development
