Role Overview

Leads a team to achieve sales and customer loyalty goals in the designated industry. Oversees sales, technical support, and product support personnel. Works onsite five days a week.

Deliver business plan sales and market share targets, develop sales and marketing plans, and manage merchandising plans. Ensure customer satisfaction and oversee service goodwill spending.
