Role Overview

Generate interest and impactful client meetings, yielding a robust sales opportunity pipeline. Follow up and qualify respondents from various marketing programs. Drive quality outreach activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions.

What You Will Do

Research institutions to identify influencers, decision makers, and business goals to position Cengage offerings. Nurture and manage leads until they are sales-ready, providing your sales partners with qualified opportunities. Track all activity in our CRM system to support account management teams.

Requirements
