Senior Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the day-to-day stewardship and continued evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide and develop a team, own critical platform controls, and remain directly involved in the design, configuration, release and support of business-critical solutions.

What You Will Do

The role is accountable for the reliability, security, scalability and maintainability of our Salesforce estate, with particular focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the APIs and integrations that connect Salesforce to Slack and other enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Proven people leadership
• Deep practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Deep Salesforce security expertise
• Hands-on Experience Cloud capability
• Proven Salesforce DevOps and change-management experience
• Experience operating API-led integrations
• Experience managing SSL and authentication certificates
• Strong declarative delivery capability
• Sound release and change-management experience
• Confident stakeholder management
• Strong solution and design judgement
