Role Overview
The Data Analyst II will aggregate and perform statistical analysis on business data, integrating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity. The role involves identifying trends and patterns in large data sets to inform business decisions and suggest areas for process improvement.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include performing root cause analysis, developing and implementing data collection systems, and providing findings and analysis for decision-making. The role also involves developing and implementing digital automation for business process streamlining.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data analytics, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and proficiency in systems such as Tableau or PowerBI, SQL Server, and Google Big Query. Strong communication skills and project management experience are also required.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in systems such as Tableau or PowerBI, SQL Server, Google Big Query, Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management skills
- Ability to Present findings to direct leadership
