Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A, Fuel

Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A, Fuel, you will provide financial analysis, reporting, modelling, and decision support across fuel retail, B2B, EV, and related commercial operations.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end performance review processes, and assist with fuel profitability analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), or active pursuit of one, is an asset.
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex data and clearly communicate findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.
