Role Overview
Responsible for improving distribution in WD/TC and retail stores in top markets, designing short-term strategies, and leading a sell-in team to meet business targets.
What You Will Do
Achieve sales targets, develop qualified WD, integrate distributors, lead WD monthly sales meetings, and implement retail programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other appropriate discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 5 years of aftermarket channel experience in automotive industry
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
- Good business, financial and legal acumen
- Strong business planning and development capability
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Logic thinking and strong problem solving ability
- Ability to analyze data to business conclusion
- Technical knowledge of lead-acid preferred
