Role Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager supports the execution of business and marketing priorities for Burt’s Bees, reporting to the Brand Manager and partnering to analyze business performance, manage key projects, and translate consumer and market insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, consumer insights, category management, business strategy, or a related commercial function.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and successfully deliver projects, initiatives, or business objectives within established timelines.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to develop actionable insights, measure business performance, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders, effectively advancing ideas and recommendations through collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex business environment.
- Experience leveraging consumer and shopper insights to support business, brand, or category growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and present a point of view.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and build relationships across organizational levels.
