Sales Planning Senior Analyst

Role Overview

Supports the Customer Sales Planning team by delivering customer reporting, budget management, forecasting support, and cross-functional coordination. Provides analytical insights and operational leadership that enables accurate planning, informed business decisions, and successful customer execution across Clorox Professional customers.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain recurring customer reports and scorecards, analyze customer performance, respond to ad hoc reporting requests, own customer budget forecasting, assist with distributor program coordination, lead annual and quarterly customer target-setting processes, and maintain target tracking tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales planning, business analytics, finance, supply chain, customer planning, forecasting or demand planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Highly preferred experience with Power BI or a similar reporting tool
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Comfortable learning new systems and business processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing business needs and multiple projects independently
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners through data-driven recommendations
• Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences
