Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the S&A Finance Team, supporting multiple businesses and the Product Supply Organization. The individual will serve as a key liaison with Procurement, Planning, Transportation, and SBU teams to gather and integrate inputs for the close and forecasting processes.

What You Will Do

Financial Planning and Reporting, Forecasting, Contract Analysis/Process Improvement, Internal Controls, Decision support, and Support the annual standards setting process and training.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting
• Change agent – Strong ability to influence others and drive change
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial personnel
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstances
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting software
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Ability to work effectively in teams (both within Finance and cross-functionally)
• Strong planning & organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload to meet deadlines
