Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly in Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Agentforce, and Apex.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level implementations, including designing and developing Salesforce applications using LWC, Aura Components, Apex, and Salesforce configuration tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Expression Sets
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI Agents, Agent Actions, Prompt Builder, and AI-powered automation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration architecture and API technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader and Postman or similar API testing tools
• Experience with DevOps and source-control tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables
