Role Overview

The Operations Leader is responsible for developing and managing the performance of a team of leaders, ensuring the excellence of the management of the front line, and guaranteeing the quality and consistency of the Led.

What You Will Do

Managing deliveries, indicators, and operational results of the team; ensuring the operation is stable and that all customers are being served within, or above, the expected quality.

• Completed graduation
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
