The role is critical in supporting financial decision-making and strategic planning initiatives across all European operations.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and refine financial models and forecasts for CEVA Logistics Europe
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying trends, variations, and key factors affecting business performance
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, accounting, and commercial to ensure that financial objectives are met and are aligned with the company’s organizational strategy
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial planning and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to support proactive decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization or revenue improvement
