Role Overview

As a CoStar Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business while generating new business opportunities in your respective sales territory. You will have your own book of business, an endless supply of well-qualified leads and prospects, market leading products to sell and an excellent career development path.

What You Will Do

Sell New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of our product to the commercial real estate industry and beyond. Account Management: Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience, or equivalent experience within the Commercial Real Estate industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
