Deal Desk Analyst

Role Overview

Matterport is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to deliver critical support to the sales organization on complex deal structures. This role is responsible for actively working with sales, legal, revenue, and other cross-functional teams on deal structuring and commercial terms for non-standard transactions.

What You Will Do

Manage and assist with Deal Structuring, Quoting and Pricing, Special Terms, Auditing Deals, and Exception Approvals Management. Anticipate Sales teams’ business needs through regular participation in pipeline reviews and forecast calls.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in order management, deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role
• Working knowledge or exposure with Salesforce or other CRM tools and or CPQ tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude
• Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
• Experience delivering high level of quality work and takes pride in accuracy, timeliness and completeness
• Proactive tendencies with ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Ability to work well in a team environment, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations
• Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods
• History of consistently meeting established individual performance objectives
• Skilled with reporting and presentation tools, such as Looker and Google Docs
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not for profit, in-person college or university
