Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Business Development Manager to grow and manage our key customer accounts, in North America and EU, for our semiconductor ATE solutions. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and accelerating growth opportunities across the North American and European regions in alignment with global product and marketing strategy.

What You Will Do

Identify and develop new revenue opportunities at semiconductor companies, drive early engagement for new platforms, upgrades, and technology transitions, develop regional growth strategies, and support customer design ins, roadmap alignment, and long term account expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of experience in business development, product marketing, or strategic sales roles, and a proven ability to operate independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field
  • 7–12 years of experience in business development, product marketing, or strategic sales roles
  • Experience in semiconductor test, ATE, or adjacent semiconductor equipment markets
  • Strong understanding of semiconductors, capital equipment, or high tech manufacturing markets
  • Proven ability to work across cultures and geographies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently
