Sales Operations & Analytics Manager – Andean Region

Role Overview

Drive commercial growth and operational excellence by leading digital transformation, governance, standardization, and automation for the sales force across the Andean region.

Lead digital transformation, govern commercial policies, oversee end-to-end operations, integrate cutting-edge commercial initiatives, and optimize field productivity tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Financial operations
• Proven track record in financial analysis and/or strategic commercial support
• Experience managing budgets
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to optimize and manage processes
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP (Sales/SD or Finance/FI-CO modules)
• Experience building and using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
