Manager, Sales Enablement – Wealth Management

Role Overview

The Manager, Sales Enablement – Wealth Management is responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance sales performance. The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying training needs, and collaborating with the Sales Intelligence Unit to develop sales content and tools.

What You Will Do

The main duties of this job include developing a comprehensive sales enablement and business development strategy, identifying key areas for improvement, and building strong relationships with industry leaders and potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with Institutional Trust leadership and team to analyze and evaluate existing sales processes and develop standardized sales processes and methodologies.
