Senior Director, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for building, unifying, and aligning the strategy, operations, systems, and data that support GTM teams across the organization. This includes revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting; strategy, systems, and data management across GTM teams; quota setting and management; sales process optimization; and sales compensation design and administration.

What You Will Do

Lead sales and revenue forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales, marketing and customer success organizations; build strategies, programs, and processes that align GTM efforts across every function; track short-term and long-term KPIs key to the success of the overall business.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of total professional experience
• 6+ years in Enterprise Revenue and/or Sales Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies in the $40–100M ARR range
• Experience building revenue and sales operations functions from an early stage
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Comfort evaluating and adopting AI-powered tools in service of GTM efficiency
• Foundational fluency in sales processes and tools
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
