Head of Revenue Operations

Role Overview

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead the evolution of a traditional commercial operations function into a true revenue operations function, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by unifying data, processes, and technology stacks across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include sales strategy and planning, compensation and incentives, reporting, analytics, and forecasting, customer lifecycle and operations, and technology, data, and M&A.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience in reporting, platform management, and financial planning within a complex B2B SaaS or technology environment, and strong analytical and stakeholder leadership skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience in reporting, platform management, and financial planning within a complex B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Proven experience in commercial finance or revenue operations within a business-to-business environment
• Strong capability to analyse complex sales data and translate insights into actionable commercial recommendations
• Demonstrated success operating across the entire revenue engine (Marketing and Sales) with a technical understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
• Advanced knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and experience working with marketing automation platforms (Ideally, Adobe Marketo Engage), tech stack integrations, and data pipeline management
• Experience consolidating disparate CRM platforms and legacy processes, including migrating data for newly acquired businesses
