Role Overview
A&H Equipment Co. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Coordinator will act as the link between our field Territory Sales Managers, our internal service/parts departments, and our manufacturing partners. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of equipment orders.
What You Will Do
Process and place equipment orders, generate Purchase Orders, create internal stock numbers, handle final financial administrative steps, coordinate and track equipment builds and shipments, monitor long-lead orders, update and maintain sales projections, and assist the sales team with municipal bids and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in inside sales coordination, sales operations, or heavy administrative role, with prior experience working within a heavy equipment dealership or industrial distribution environment. The candidate should have exceptional data entry accuracy and experience utilizing CDK and corporate CRM platforms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales coordination, sales operations, or heavy administrative role
- Prior experience working within a heavy equipment dealership, automotive dealership, or industrial distribution environment
- Prior experience utilizing CDK (or a similar major Dealership Management System) and corporate CRM platforms
- Exceptional data entry accuracy
